This has been bothering me for some time. Intentionally lying to help you gain something (we can throw in playing on people's sympathy for this as well).
Not all that long ago a person repeatedly tried to sell horses, ones I customized many years ago. In the ad they claimed 1. I charged more for my customs then I ever did. 2. I claimed LSQ on my work and 3. They were losing money on this sale.
1 and 2 they explained away as it's been so long they 'forgot', and they had their memory damaged by meds several years ago. If it wasn't for #3 I'd tend to believe them.
Number 3. Yeah, how do you lose money on models that were gifts? I despise intentional lying, oh how I hate it. Intentional lying caused major trouble for my family many years ago and flipped my world upside down, caused me to have a mini break down and oh so much more.
This person has a history of lying, like spending 3 days in the hospital but then claiming she'd spent a year in one only a few months later. Forget? No, she was looking for sympathy, another of her tactics with people. Oh woah is me, I have a terrible life, I've been sick and lots more.
What she pulls on others to gain sympathy is beyond low. The fact she bold faced lies it even worse.
I recently had the opportunity to trade for several of my old customs. I only ever paint Stablemates and since I have an obsession with the little guys it was always difficult to send customs I did away to others, even friends. Thanks to the kindness of a mutual friend I was able to get back several I had gifted to a person I am no longer speaking to/in contact with. I'm absolutely thilled to have them back safe and sound in my collection.
Theses were all done prior to 2007, most before 2005 I believe. Several were live show placed for their previous owner many years ago, most are photo show champions too.
